Zucchero, who was last in Malta for a full-scale concert during his Chocabeck World Tour in 2011, has become renowned around the world as the 'father of Ital- ian blues'. And with good reason, too, as, over the past three dec- ades, he has sold over 60 million records and won a vast number of awards, including two World Music Awards, six IFPI Europe Platinum Awards, four Festival bar Awards, nine Wind Music Awards, and even a Grammy Award nomination. The Malta concert is taking place after Zucchero's very suc- cessful world tour, during which he has played 120 concerts over 12 months, including two sold- out shows at the prestigious Roy- al Albert Hall in London and 21 shows at the Arena di Verona – a record for the location within a tour. Tickets for the 5 August concert at the MFCC Open Air Grounds in Ta' Qali can be purchased from TicketLine.com.mt. The four tickets options are: stand- ing Bronze, (priced at €30 for early-birds and €40 thereafter) standing Silver (at €60 and then €77), seated Gold (at €90 and then €110), and the Platinum VIP (at €150 and then € 180), which in- cludes a welcome drink and cana- pés, a copy of the Black Cat CD, a photo of the star, and a meet-and- greet with Zucchero himself. New larger Fgura office for Frank Salt Real Estate Frank Salt Real Estate held the official open- ing of its new Fgura branch office in Zab- bar Road this week. Led by one of the com- pany's seasoned man- agers Stanley Bonello, the office offers highly professional real estate services with the as- sistance of 10 consult- ants, all meticulously trained to support cli- ents with the sale, pur- chase, valuations and rental of properties all around the island but with particular focus in the east to south of the island. "In 1981, Frank Salt opened its first office in Paola to serve the south of the island, an unprecedented step in the local real estate world, as there were no agencies who had done this before," Frank Salt Real Estate Director Joe Lupi said. "Property transactions till then had been made either di- rectly or with the intervention of a 'sensar/a'. There was an evi- dent need and we stepped in to fill it." The services and support Frank Salt Real Estate offered there went down very well with the locals and the office became one of the company's busiest branches; so much so that ex- panding was not an option any- more. Since then Frank Salt Real Estate opened further offices in the area, mainly Fgura, just across the road from the new of- fice, and more recently in Mar- sascala and Cospicua. "I joined Frank Salt Real Estate in 2004 and have seen the offices grow from strength to strength with the space available never being enough for our needs. These are very busy offices, manned by a team of very en- ergetic and ethically conscious consultants; and I am proud to manage both Fgura and Cospic- ua branches," said Branch Man- ager Stanley Bonello. Bonello and his team were highly commended by the Chairman and Directors for their excellent track record, hav- ing won the Best Branch award a number of times, most recently in 2015 and 2016 in appreciation for their outstanding service and contribution through Frank Salt Real Estate's previous Fgura location just across the road.
