F/T Accounts and administration clerk We are looking for a focused and industrious accounts and administration clerk to work in our dynamic, fast-paced accounts department. As an accounts/administrative clerk, you will perform a variety of duties to assist in running the accounts department smoothly. Our ideal candidate is an efficient, dynamic, and cooperative individual who can perform well while juggling multiple tasks with little to no direct supervision. You will be the one to organize and maintain the executive's schedule and assist them by performing a variety of administrative tasks. Job Responsibilities: 1. Maintaining executive's agenda and assist in planning appointments, board meetings, conferences etc. 2. Attend meetings and keep minutes 3. Receiving and screening phone calls and redirecting them when appropriate 4. Handle and prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.) 5. Make travel arrangements for executives 6. Handle confidential documents ensuring they remain secure 7. Prepare invoices or financial statements and provide assistance in bookkeeping 8. Conduct research and prepare presentations or reports as assigned Requirements • Proven experience as executive secretary or similar administrative role • Has standard ECDL certification and is profi- cient in MS Office • Proficient typing skills, 50+ wpm • In depth knowledge of office management • Familiarity with basic reporting techniques • Excellent organizational and time-manage- ment skills • Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities • Integrity and confidentiality P/T Junior Graphic Designer We are looking for a Jr. Graphic Designer to assist with preparation of marketing materi- als. This role involves close collaboration with internal colleagues, strong project management skills, and requires creativity, motivation, initi- ative, flexibility and discipline to be successful. The ideal candidate should be able to work efficiently in a fun, fast-paced environment. Duties and Responsibilities • Create and execute designs for company's marketing materials for both print and digital (website, in-store collateral, merchandising, flyers, customer handouts, banners and other materials as needed) • Create work that reflects a consistent visual style in accordance with the OzoGroup brand identity • Alter, repair and edit graphic elements as necessary and/or placing or converting graphic elements into correct formats/pro- grams for usage • Social media posting, monitoring, tracking and reporting • Work collaboratively with CEO on marketing projects • Managing various special requests related to graphic design services on an as assigned/as needed basis Qualifications • Portfolio of previous visual design work • Demonstrated proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, In-Design and Photoshop) and PowerPoint • 1-2 years' experience managing social media • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Outstanding attention to detail • Willingness to work outside standard busi- ness hours when needed, performing tasks not specifically identified in the job descrip- tion and assuming new responsibilities as the organization's needs evolve Kindly Contact: fsciberras@ozogroup.com
