Pragmatic Solutions started brewing back in 2013 after a forward thinking entrepre- neur decided to innovate and instil quality products within the iGaming industry. This came around after, at an early stage they realised that the industry is moving from the 'closed system' and 'all in one' iGaming platform, to the need of an API based common wallet platform with a very strong core. I have been in the iGam- ing industry for over 15 years and I can confidently say that we have quite a competitive product since we have taken a different approach of how to develop it, even though the work ethic that we fol- low. Pragmatic has invest- ed highly in professionals with proper experience and knowledge, and this makes a whole set of difference. Skill combined with de- termination brought us to introduce to the industry our API based platform, one which can handle regulatory compliance across multiple markets which offers best-in- class bend of speed, flexibility, security, scalability and value. What makes you different from the rest of the market? We built our product on a modular system and this is what makes us exclusive and different to what the market is currently offering. We want to offer the industry profes- sionalism as it's what makes us reputable and accountable. We want our clients to know that they are investing correctly hence feeling con- fident with the decision they took and can proceed with this peace of mind that they can execute on their business plan without any limitations on technology. Our technology is built for the right purpose from its start. Secondly, our company is built on business-oriented people. They make the difference. Our prior focus is on the core product. Pragmatic can offer our cli- ents functionalities which on other platforms are only dreamt of. We don't preach flexibility without delivering it. We chose our words care- fully. An example I can give is our bonus features. They are endless. This is possible because our platform is a data driven one and therefore we can offer operators a platform with un- limited offers when it comes to targeting clients, segmen- tations and bonus options. We want happy customers and therefore we offer reli- ability. Reputation is every- thing, therefore continuous development and investment on our core product is a must. We are our worst critics, and this is our motivator to keep improving our platform. Our best asset is our ap- proach – we are in to make business, be factual and give results in a short span of time. This brings me to our motto – everything connected. We are a human chain connected to technology and that is how we deliver smoothly to our clients. We don't want to sell a prod- uct. We want to sell the full experience through our pro- fessionals that make all the difference. How do you tailor your product for different markets? Having built our platform on modern technology makes us ahead of the market when flexibility is concerned. To this I add that we offer compli- ance mod- ules. What makes our plat- form attractive and unique is that we are the only ones that have a platform robust enough to cater for all the dif- ferent markets. This type of technology is what the platform needs so that it can cater for all the dif- ferent markets. Our focus is on the regu- lated markets because the Pragmatic platform covers regulation and compliance in different markets. The platform allows op- erators to custom build their website according to the country of operation and this comes with different payment methods and content suppli- ers according to the jurisdic- tion in which they are operat- ing. What are the features and benefits of the iGaming platform you provide? Having an API modular based platform is our biggest asset since we can offer cus- tomers optimal marketing and retention tools. Through our platform, operators are exposed to unlimited seg- mentation based on at least 60 different criteria. Our technology team have built bonus features which are the envy of the industry. Pragmatic clients can create custom made bonuses based on endless options, starting from sign-up, first deposit, second deposit, just to men- tion a few. Our bonus is a feature we are proud to boast of. Segmentation options are purely unlimited. Operators using the Prag- matic platform have the ad- vantage of using a scalable product with reasonable high up-time and high-loads. Their website for example, will not go down because the platform is loaded. The platform sustains a considerable amount of data, including transactions, pay- ments etc. I cannot fail to refer to our bespoke development both on front end and back end. We offer different feature func- tionalities at both ends. All this results in having a unique website. Our target is to be the num- ber one choice platform in the regulated markets. I started by stating that one of our strong- est points is that we focus on our core product. Our vision is to continue de- veloping our product and im- proving it according to the in- dustry's needs as time goes by. We are in the process of ap- plying for the Swedish and Danish licences so that we get certified in those jurisdic- tions. This will give us more room to widen the markets in which we currently operate and those benefitting from this will be the operators them- selves. Pragmatic's modular plat- form will help us to cater for any upcoming regulations, therefore we will take less time to implement and con- form.
