On both days there will be mate- rial specifically intended for children and material specifically intended for a mature audience. Par- ticular focus will be given towards providing a plat- form for creators to meet their fans. Head down to the MCC for some comic fun. Tactile: 12 concealed sculptures exhibition Tactile: 12 Concealed Sculptures is an interna- tional visual art exhibi- tion within a space devoid of light. Bringing together the works of Maltese, Jap- anese, Italian and French sculptors, Tactile will see audiences engage with the works primarily through the sense of touch. The visually impenetrable set- ting will invite the general public to interact with the exhibits through what will remain a purely tactile ex- perience. By having these sculptures concealed from the naked eye, the project aims to reverse any pre- conceived notions of the 'normal' process of per- ceiving visual art exclu- sively through sight. The exhibition will take place at the Valletta University Campus. The President's Solidarity Fun Run 2018 will be organised in aid of the Malta Community Chest Fund Foundation Voyager by finMalta ŻfinMalta National Dance Company present a full-length brand new creation choreographed by Artistic Director Paolo Mangiola in collaboration with visual artist Austin Camilleri. The dance work is inspired by The Golden Record, a gold-plated time capsule launched on the 1977 Voyager Spacecraft to communicate the hu- man story to extraterres- trials. The piece questions how our past, present, and future hopes might be represented now. The show will be performed at Teatru Manoel with tick- ets ranging from €10-20.
