Place all the ingredients except for the last two, in your soupmaker jug and add warm water up to the indicated level. 2. Press 'Smooth' and then the 'Start' button. 3. When the soup is ready, check seasoning and serve with a swirl of cream and a sprin- kle of pumpkin seeds.
