19 COMMERCIAL maltatoday | SUNDAY • 16 DECEMBER 2018 Christmas cheer starts early at Casa Antonia CASA Antonia Nursing and Residential Home shares Christ- mas cheer from early December with its residents through a vari- ety of festive activities. The home, which this year is celebrating its 15th anniversary, is organising traditional and entertaining ac- tivities to provide enjoyment to both residents and their families. Getting into the Christmas spirit started off with the craft and cooking sessions during which residents enjoy lending a hand in. Hands on activities are part of Casa Antonia's ongoing initiative for active and healthy ageing with homelike comforts and compan- ionship. "Engaging our residents in the right leisure activities helps to keep their interests alive. Pre- paring together for this festive season make it easy for resi- dents to enjoy companionship with other residents, families and staff," said Casa Antonia's General Manager Sarah Cas- sar. "We emphasise on holistic quality care, that is nurturing for the mind, body and spirit of our residents." The activities started with a Christmas reminiscent session, led by Maria Pace, on past and present Christmas traditions. Various children's choirs are vis- iting the home to present their festive concerts with traditional Christmas carols. Visiting beauti- fully decorated places for the sea- son is another aspect that is ap- preciated by the residents as they get to feel part of the community. The activities are reaching a high point in the coming days with a Christmas party for resi- dents and their family members. On Christmas Eve, residents will be treated to a special Christ- mas lunch with live music and presents. Christmas' eve Mass, including the traditional priedka tat-tifel (child's sermon), will start at 6pm. Afterwards, mulled wine, Irish coffee and Christmas tradi- tional sweets including l-imbulju- ta tal-qastan (hot chestnut drink), imqaret (date filled pastries), and mince pies will be served. Another special festive lunch will be prepared on New Year's Eve. The residents' family mem- bers are invited to join the pre- lunch reception with prosecco and canapés. "At Casa Antonia, we make the festive season feels like home for both our residents and staff. We love to celebrate such impor- tant times during the year with a festive spirit and charm as this is much appreciated by our resi- dents," added Cassar. The company launched its brand new visual identity including a new lo- go and a new website to its clients and partners during an event held at their newly refurbished and ex- panded creative hub in Naxxar. "We're changing our look and feel and the tone of voice, but not our boutique and friendly approach to- wards our clients and partners," said Jonathan Dalli, Founder & CEO of the Concept Stadium. "Part of our ethos is and will remain to make go-to-market activations success- ful, always keeping the audience in mind, whilst pursuing excellence in whatever we do, hence why we call ourselves 'A bunch of Commercial Creatives'. Whilst we are still the same team, with the same (if not more) energy levels and invaluable experience, we feel that this accu- rately sums up where we're headed as a business and a team. Having celebrated our 8th birthday this year, we feel that now is the perfect time to redefine our brand position- ing and identity, to give us a focused platform for ambitious growth over the next three to five years," he con- cluded. Jonathan Chetcuti, Founder & COO of the Concept Stadium add- ed, "As a business we felt that we needed to take a fresh look at our brand and align it with the matu- rity that we have achieved over the years. The business went through a lot of changes over the past years, so it felt right to reassess who we are. The new identity reflects our beliefs with a simple mark, typeface and a bright coloured palette, yet keeping our name 'the Concept Stadium' at the centre of it all. We never want to forget our roots and these develop- ments symbolise our desire to mod- ernise while sticking to the princi- ples that made us stand out in the first place," he added. The agency rebrand follows a raft of recent exciting developments to the business, which have includ- ed an expansion of the offices to a space of over 200 square metres and upgrades to the agency's market proposition, service offering, part- nerships and operational systems. In addition, the Concept Stadium recently successfully renewed its ISO9001 certification, following yet another rigorous internal and exter- nal audit. The Concept Stadium offers a per- sonalised approach in its service ar- eas that include Branding, Design & AV, Digital & Social, Web UX/UI, PR & Events, and Strategy & Com- munication. The company started with Jonathan Dalli and Jonathan Chetcuti working on small client jobs together after hours and pro- gressed to become a SoHo busi- ness with the goal to take clients' concepts to completion back in 2012 and is today doing business in Malta, London, Boston and Mum- bai. It has since grown into a mul- tidisciplinary team of 14 individuals who bring their different skills and unique abilities to the company. Clients include retail & consumer goods giants, independent tech & online gaming companies, financial services providers, software houses, food & beverage establishments, and everything in between.
