MITA is also investing to re-
vamp its internal systems and
processes through the imple-
mentation of an Enterprise
Resource Planning (ERP) so-
lution aimed to modernise
and increase internal efficien-
cies, through a more innova-
tive and collaborative busi-
ness processes, with seamless
integration and automation
to achieve greater internal
efficiencies. It also aims to
maximise the use of data
through the use of integrated
ERP Reporting, Dashboards,
and Data Analysis toolset for
better decision making and
planning process.
All this cannot be achieved
without the commitment of its
human resources. MITA plans
to continue investing to fur-
ther develop our employees'
skillsets to be able to maximise
the potential of new technolo-
gies, such as Blockchain, IoT
and Artificial Intelligence. It
trusts that its strategy for the
agile modernisation of pub-
lic services for the future is
achieved through a culture of
collaboration that drives inno-
vation and teamwork.
