Welcome to the most as- tonishing chapter of one of the most beloved animated franchises in fi lm history. Now chief and ruler of Berk alongside Astrid, Hiccup has created a gloriously chaotic dragon utopia. When the sudden appearance of a female Light Fury coincides with the darkest threat their village has ever faced, Hiccup and Toothless must leave the only home they've known and journey to a hidden world thought only to exist in myth. As their true destinies are revealed, dragon and rider will fi ght together to protect everything they've grown to treasure. Young Picasso Pablo Picasso is one of the greatest artists of all time – and right up until his death in 1973 he was the most prolifi c of artists. Many fi lms have dealt with these later years – the art, the affairs and the wide circle of friends. But where did this all begin? What made Picasso in the fi rst place? Too long ignored, it is time to look at the early years of Picasso; the upbringing and the learning that led to his extraordinary achievements. Three cities play a key role: Malaga, Barcelona and Paris. Young Picasso visits each and explores their infl uence on Picasso, focusing on specifi c artworks from these early years. The fi lm thus explains how this young artist acquired his craft. Looking carefully at two key early periods – the so-called Blue Period and Rose Period – the fi lm takes us all the way to 1907 and the creation of a critical painting in the history of art – Les Demoiselles d'Avignon. See it at Eden Cinema on February 5th and 10th. Russian Doll Netfl ix's newest series, Russian Doll follows a young woman named Nadia on her journey as the guest of honour at a seemingly inescapable party one night in New York City. She dies repeatedly while at this party and she is just trying to fi gure out what the hell is going on. Nadia keeps dying and reliving her 36th birthday party, trapped in a surreal time loop. The Sun Will Come Up, The Seasons Will Change – Nina Nesbitt Swedish-Scottish pop artist Nina Nesbitt has released her second LP, switching to a more soulful R&B-fused pop. Most of the tracks on the LP tap into a Nineties R&B sound, with her blunt song- writing coming through above the usual vague clichés. Seasons – American Authors American Authors, the Brooklyn-based multi-platform group, have just released their third studio al- bum, Seasons. The fi rst single off the album, "Deep Water" was released in May 2018 and garnered over 16 million streams. It was featured in TV shows such as FOXs 911 and ABCs The Good Doctor and charted at Alternative radio earlier this year. Yet another new album anthem was released just weeks ago, the stomping gospel-infused "Say Amen" featuring Canadian singer-songwriter Billy Raf- foul. Cage The Elephant – Ready To Let Go Cage The Elephant released their newest song, Ready To Let Go alongside a video, ahead of their upcoming album 'Social Cues'. The song was released alongside a video, featuring frontman Matt Shultz in a blood red latex bodysuit and, at other points, with rivers of blood streaming down his face from his eyes. The band's fi fth studio album will be released on April 19, featuring 13 tracks. An Orchestra of Minorities – Chigozie Obioma Umuahia, Nigeria. Chinonso, a young poultry farmer, sees a woman attempting to jump to her death from a highway bridge. Horrifi ed by her recklessness, Chinonso joins her on the roadside and hurls two of his most prized chickens into the water below to demonstrate the severity of the fall. The woman, Ndali, is moved by his sacrifi ce. In this contemporary twist of Homer's Odyssey, in the mythic style of the Igbo literary tradition, Chigozie Obioma weaves a heart-wrenching epic about the tension between destiny and determination. Mentors: How to Help and be Helped – Russell Brand Mentors: How to Help and Be Helped describes the impact that a series of signifi cant people have had on the author – from the wayward youths he tried to emulate growing up in Essex, through the fi rst ex-junkie sage, to the people he turns to today to help him be a better father. It explores how we all – consciously and unconsciously – choose guides, mentors and heroes throughout our lives and examines the new perspectives they can bring.
