ISSUE OF TENDERS THIS Friday, Herit- age Malta is inviting the public to a cultural walk from Għar Dalam to Borġ in-Nadur ac- companied by the cura- tor who will be present- ing tours to both sites. The prehistoric site of Borġ in-Nadur is only around 500 me- tres away from Għar Dalam. It is situated on high grounds between two valleys and it over- looks St George's Bay in Birżebbuġa. In the 1920s, the area was ex- cavated by renowned archaeologist Margaret Murray. These stud- ies yielded interest- ing information about Maltese prehistory which had until then remained problematic, including the differenc- es between the Temple Period and the Bronze Age. After the tour at Borġ in-Nadur, participants will walk back to Għar Dalam where they will be welcomed with some light nibbles and refreshments. A tour of the site will follow both at the prehistoric cave and at the museum which houses a Victori- an style exhibition and a didactic display. Tickets cost €15 for adults, €13.50 for sen- iors and students, and €12 for Heritage Malta members and children. These are available from all Heritage Malta sites and museums.
