THE Malta International Business Awards (MIBA) cel- ebrates the achievements of Malta-based businesses in in- ternational markets. It is an opportunity for businesses to showcase their products and services and to celebrate the capabilities and ingenuity of their leaders and teams. After the resounding success of the 2017 awards, this event is now set to become a regular feature on the national calen- dar of major business events. e Malta International Business Awards are conduct- ed with the utmost profes- sionalism, transparency and diligence and, while this may prove a challenge for some, it is a great opportunity for am- bitious companies to bench- mark themselves and their internationalisation efforts against those of other compa- nies. ere is no doubt that the companies who commit them- selves to participate in this competition will learn a lot about themselves in the pro- cess and may also find the ex- perience one which improves the company's image, while at the same time strengthening team spirit. e final winners in each cat- egory will be announced at an Awards Night on Friday the 22nd November 2019. TVM's coverage of the 2017 edition of MIBA can be viewed on Trade- Malta's YouTube channel.
