Former covert military man and intelligence officer Brett Hines and his family intend to do just that, having transitioned from living under the modern trappings of life in America to forming their own way of life in the mountains of Tonasket, Washington. Using survival and security techniques Brett developed in the military, in intelligence, and later as a private contractor, they are now two years in. Even though they're self-sufficient, the ten family members depend upon each other to make it through the harsh conditions, and this series intimately documents their journey, including footage they have self-shot over the years. Restarting their lives hasn't been easy, but the Hines are determined to live a life free of the distractions of the modern world. Will their effort succeed, or will this new way of living prove too difficult for these 21st century pioneers? MONDAY Bakers Vs. Fakers [Culinary Show] 8.40pm on Food Network (Channel 353) Home bakers get a chance to compete against professional chefs in this series hosted by Lorraine Pascale. Four contestants – two amateurs and two pros – enter the kitchen in each episode and create delectable desserts in two rounds of challenges, with one baker being eliminated after the first round. Since the judges don't find out the contestants' professions until after the competition, they must judge the dishes without knowing which ones were made by the professionals. The winning baker – professional or amateur – takes home a cash prize. TUESDAY Chicage Fire S6 Ep.7: "A Man's Legacy" [Drama Series] 8.45pm on Melita More (Channel 315) Brett attempts to make a lifesaving decision in the field to someone near and dear to the firehouse family. In an effort to impress Lily, Otis scrambles to get everything together for the grand opening of Molly's North. Meanwhile, Boden becomes emotional following the rescue of a famous blues player from a burning apartment building and Dawson struggles to come to terms with how she has been dealing with her father. WEDNESDAY Wednesday Movie: "Eat Pray Love" [Movie] 8.45pm on Melita More (Channel 315) Liz Gilbert (Julia Roberts) had everything a modern woman is supposed to dream of having – a husband, a house, a successful career – yet like so many others, she found herself lost, confused, and searching for what she really wanted in life. Newly divorced and at a crossroads, Gilbert steps out of her comfort zone, risking everything to change her life, embarking on a journey around the world that becomes a quest for self-discovery. FRIDAY Termination Point (2007) [Film] 6.30pm on AMC Channel (Channel 312) The United States military has made a revolutionary breakthrough in time travel technology, and now it's up to one special agent to ensure that a dangerous rogue scientist doesn't destroy the future of our entire civilization. It was the holy grail of scientific technology. Some said that it could never be achieved, but military scientists have finally mastered the fine art of time travel.
