maltatoday | SUNDAY • 11 AUGUST 2019 17 COMMERCIAL 15 "AS we celebrate our 50th An- niversary, we must be antici- pating the next 50 years. We have to ensure we have the foundation to continually an- ticipate shifts in the market. We must continue to grow, change, and innovate, taking what has been positive and strong about our history and culture - and pioneer the fu- ture of the real estate industry in Malta, adapting to a world in which change is acceler- ating around us exponen- tially." This was one of the key mes- sages that company Chairman Frank shared with more than 1,000 guests at Frank Salt Real Estate's 50-year anniversary party, held at the majestic Fort St Angelo in Vittoriosa. The event gathered past em- ployees, notaries, lawyers, de- velopers, clients and the cur- rent 200+ team, who mingled together on a hot summer night, against the backdrop of the stunning Valletta bastions and marina. The scale of the celebra- tion, which was coordinated by company director Doug- las Salt, included an immer- sive brand installation where LED panels displayed imagery gathered from Frank Salt Real Estate's 50-year journey, a green carpet of light which led the way to the fortifica- tions, a stand-up reception, and entertainment by some of Malta's top talent, was un- precedented. On the occasion a beautiful portrait of Frank Salt by artist Edoardo La Francesca was also unveiled followed by an emo- tional speech by Frank Salt. "A lot of merit towards our successful company is thanks to the great workforce we've had over the years, but I must not forget to acknowledge the great collaboration which we had over the years and still en- joy today, with notaries, bank managers, architects, devel- opers and why not? Even our competitors in the same busi- ness, all thanks to our high ethos of being frank, even at the cost of losing a deal". A number of staff who had joined the team back in its ear- ly days were also present for the occasion, some still work- ing with the company. "Our company is the people who work for the company and we've been so lucky over these years to have so many good people working with us" he added. The company is marking this special 50th milestone by means of a number of events and initiatives being held throughout this year. A significant project being undertaken by Frank Salt Real Estate includes an investment of over €120,000 at Inspire, where the company is install- ing solar panels to supply the organisation with free and clean energy. This was highlighted in com- pany director Grahame Salt's address. "We will also contin- ue to build on the principal of giving something back – today we all know how important the environment is for every- one's wellbeing and we've set up our Let's Go Environmen- tal campaign to manage just this." The overwhelming attend- ance at this event is testimony to the healthy relationships Frank Salt Real Estate builds with its clients and associates; relationships which are built on trust, integrity and a first- class service. "Today we are proud market leaders. We are a 200+ strong team spread across a large of- fice network and we continue to work hard, to offer the ser- vice levels our clients have come to expect from us", con- cluded Grahame Salt.
