He is an American inventor, electronics engineer, programmer and technology entrepreneur. He is widely recognised as one of the prominent pioneers of the computer revolution of the 70s and 80s. After permanently leaving Apple in 1985, Wozniak founded CL 9 and created the first programmable universal remote, released in 1987. He credited his move away from Apple to his love of engineering over management. Wozniak is also known for his philanthropic work—he is the founding sponsor of the Tech Museum, Silicon Valley Ballet and the Children's Discovery Museum of San Jose. He has provided all the money and much onsite technical support for the technology programme in his local school district in Los Gatos. Changpeng Zhao is a Chinese-Canadian business executive, who is the founder and CEO of Binance, the world's largest cryptocurrency exchange by trading volume as of April 2018. Zhao was previously a member of the team that developed Blockchain.info and also served as chief technology officer of OKCoin. After college, Zhao began working for the Tokyo Stock Exchange, developing software for matching trade orders and also worked at Bloomberg Tradebook where he was a developer of futures trading software. He founded Fusion Systems in 2005 when he moved to Shanghai, known for some of the fastest high- frequency trading systems for brokers. Alexandre Dreyfus is a French entrepreneur with more than 22 years of experience in the digital space, building and developing tech businesses. In 2013, Dreyfus acquired the Global Poker Index, the live Poker leading ranking authority, as well as The Hendon Mob, the largest live poker database in the world. He founded Chiliz, the token-based digital currency for sports entertainment platforms, adoptable universally across other platforms. His Chiliz project has raised $66 million via private placement and this has mostly funded the buildout of the Socios.com platform, the first scalable and mainstream hub for fans to buy tokenised voting rights in their favourite teams.
