COMMERCIAL 20 maltatoday | SUNDAY • 27 OCTOBER 2019 THE second edition of the Azimut Lifestyle Week has come to a close for Esprit Yachting, Malta's official dealer for Azimut Yachts in Malta. The event took place at Marina di Val- letta hosting the most impressive dis- play of Azimut Yachts to date in Malta. This year's Lifestyle Week offered visi- tors the unique opportunity to view ten beautiful yachts including the stunning Azimut Grande 27 METRI making its public debut in Malta— dynamic lines, exceptionally elegant and detailed inte- rior décor, 5-cabin layout and the inno- vative carbon fibre build make it a truly one of a kind yacht in the market. Also on display for the duration of the Azimut Lifestyle Week were two yachts from the Atlantis collection, the 43 and 51, the 60, 66, 72 from the flybridge col- lection, the Azimut S7 from the S Col- lection and the 43, 53 and 66 from the Magellano Collection. The event was open to the general public with yacht viewings and sea tri- als having been organised by appoint- ment. Azimut owners were also invited to attend exclusive events throughout Lifestyle Week. Attendees were pleasantly surprised to find the Marina di Valletta and all the yachts lit up in pink in order to celebrate and collect funds for Pink October. Niki Travers Tauss; Managing Direc- tor of Esprit Yachting Malta explained that "The feedback we received from visitors this year was astonishing and all the more rewarding because our team worked tirelessly to organise this event with a display of yachts that rivals most international shows. "As the week comes to a close we look forward to our prospects joining us to upcoming Azimut shipyard tour and we invite interested parties inter- ested in joining us to get in touch on 79442122 or 79444021" Azimut Lifestyle Week 2019 ATLAS Group recently held an introductory session on mind- fulness for its employees, as part of a month-long initiative during October during which mental health awareness is be- ing promoted as part of the Atlas Wellness Programme. The topic was presented by Aksohbin Tracy, a qualified Mindfulness trainer. Tracy has been practising mindfulness techniques for 20 years and teaching for the past 15 years. Tracy explained that we of- ten go through life in a reactive mode, and as we get busier, this is increasingly the case. "Mindfulness allows us to live in a more creatively responsive way to life and less out of our habitual reactions. This re- sults in added perspective and an increased ability to choose how we live," he said. "When going through a dif- ficult period, be it stress or illness, we tend to close in on ourselves, and not see beyond the problem we are facing. Mindfulness, whilst not solv- ing your problem, will help give a person perspective, and see the wider situation." Tracy explained that inter- national research has proven that mindfulness is effective in clinical situations, such as depression, living with chronic pain, stress and anxiety. It is also effective in non-clin- ical situations such as the well- being of busy professionals and workplace enhancement. He also led staff through a body scan exercise, to give a taster on how mindfulness works in practice. The session on mindfulness was well received by Atlas em- ployees. During the month of Octo- ber, Atlas Group employees are dressing down to pro- mote mental health awareness and are also sporting mental health badges all month long to project the importance of mental health in all aspects of life.
