Christmas nut mix
Ingredients
• 100g pecan nuts
• 100g cashews
• 100g Brazil nuts
• 100g macadamia nuts
• 1tbsp honey
• 2tsp ginger
• 2tsp cinnamon
• 50g unsalted butter
Method
1. Melt the butter in a cold pot. .
2. Add the cinnamon and ginger
and gently warm the spices on a
medium low heat.
3. Add the honey and incorporate
it in the mixture.
4. Add the pre-roasted nut mix
and stir until they are complete-
ly covered in the mixture.
5. Place on a plate and allow to
cool in the fridge.
