maltatoday | SUNDAY • 9 FEBRUARY 2020 24 COMMERCIAL BANK of Valletta has embarked on a challenge to get as many people as possible to register their wish to become organ do- nors until Valentine's Day. The challenge is for BOV staff and customers to do one of the most selfless acts that they can ever do, by signing up to donate their organs following their demise. Donating our organs and tis- sues has the immense potential of saving and improving lives of others. Each donor can save up to eight lives. The same do- nor can save or improve the lives of up to fifty people by donating tissues. But this can only happen if one is signed up as an organ donor. The simple act of filling in an organ dona- tion form ensures that the pre- cious parts of our bodies can help save lives instead of going to waste. Registering as an organ donor is the ultimate gesture of altru- ism. Each and everyone of us has the power to change some- one's world, giving them hope, life and granting them more time with their loved ones. For some of us the decision will be simple and easy. After all who needs their or- gans once they pass away? For others, this might be a big de- cision and they might need to think more about it. What is certain is that this is a life-sav- ing choice. It is super easy to be a lifesav- er. Simply pick up and fill in an application form from one of our BOV Branches, or down- load it from https:/www.bov. com/documents/organ-dona- tion-form and hand it at any BOV Branch between the 11th and 14 February 2020. Bank of Valletta will make a monetary donation to The Transplant Support Group Malta for every application form it receives. These funds will help the group share its message about the importance of organ dona- tion. Help create more awareness by sharing this challenge on Facebook and tag the company @Bovofficial. FRANK Salt Real Estate's Ibrag branch is organising the com- pany's first in a series of open weekends for the year, kicking offer with a brand-new develop- ment in the sought after area of Ta' Zokrija in Mosta. Taking place on Saturday 15th and Sunday 16 February the open weekend will give in- terested buyers the opportuni- ty to visit this exclusive, highly finished cluster of apartments and penthouses between 9:30am and 4:30pm. The de- velopment consists of a choice of spacious 2 and 3 bedroom apartments and penthouses, selling from just €276,500. Adorned with large open plan accommodation and a lovely front terrace, all units enjoy breath-taking, unobstructed country views stretching to Mdina. Optional garages are also available. "These apart- ments have been reduced in price with the owner's intent of selling the whole block at one go" says Ibrag branch manag- er, George Bonnici. "They are situated in a quiet, residen- tial area, on the outskirts of Mosta and the high specifica- tions being used surpass other apartments in the same price bracket. These larger than av- erage apartments appeal to first and second time buyers alike, as they boast an extra laundry room, study and box room. This is not so common with similar apartments cur- rently available on the market in the area. Also, the large, pri- vate, front terraces face sunny south, making these apart- ments bright and airy, ideal for entertaining, plus enjoying the bonus of excellent views". People interested in attending can also pre-book their prop- erty show-around by sending an email to fs@franksalt.com. mt, by calling on 7949 7504 or online at www.franksalt.com.
