Rib-eye steak with sweet potatoes and mushrooms
Ingredients
Method
• 300g rib-eye
• 1 sweet potato
• Romanesco
• 150g button mushrooms
• Butter
1. Pre-heat your grill pan.
2. Place rib-eye steak on the grill.
Cook over direct heat for 4 minutes
on each side for medium rare.
3. Cook in the oven for 5 minutes.
4. Let steak rest outside the oven for
4 minutes. The juices will redistrib-
ute throughout the meat, produc-
ing tender, juicy results.
5. Cut the sweet potato into cubes
and boil for 15 minutes.
6. Add 10g of butter and seasoning.
7. Boil the Romanesco for 5 minutes.
8. Cook the mushrooms in a pan with
oil and butter.
