Flights to Tuni- sia's capital, Tunis, are expected to start as early as 31 July, whilst flights to Kiev, Moscow Sheremetyevo and Tel Aviv are scheduled to re-start by the first week of October depending on health and safety assessments. This news follows the restart, last week, of nine new Air Malta destinations (Am- sterdam, Brussels, Milan Linate, London Heathrow, Lisbon, Madrid, Palermo, Par- is Charles De Gaulle and Orly). The Air- line's Manchester route will restart on the 1st August. The Airline has also increased frequencies on London and Catania and from August it will be operating 10 week- ly frequencies on London Heathrow and nine weekly flights on Catania. The Maltese Airline is seeing a gradual increase in bookings; however, it is too early to assess passengers' expectations and perceptions. In order to assist further the local tour- ism industry including hotels, restaurants and other tourism operators, and subject to health assessments, by next October, Air Malta hopes to operate scheduled services to Amsterdam, Berlin, Brussels, Catania, Dusseldorf, Frankfurt, Geneva, Kiev, Lisbon, London Heathrow, Lyon, Madrid, Manchester, Marseille, Milan, Moscow, Munich, Palermo, Paris Charles De Gaulle, Paris Orly, Prague, Rome, Tel Aviv, Vienna, Zurich and Tunis. Despite the temperature being estimated to reach the highest during the upcoming days, extreme high temperatures are not to be expected as the temperatures will be be- low average (29⁰C) at the beginning of the weak. Temperatures will gradually continue to in- crease, with no rain being forecasted. The weather for next week will be generally clear and sunny, while on some days also windless and pretty humid, which may lead to a little dew during the night.
