MONDAY NASA's Unexplained Files [Documentary] 9pm on Discovery Science (Channel 402) Countless mysterious flying objects have been caught on NASA's cameras; could they have come from outer space? In interviews, as- tronauts and scientists explore the idea that there may be life outside of our planet. This documentary series unlocks the archives of the world's top space agency to reveal the truly extraordinary mysteries of the universe. Each episode offers first hand testimony from astro- nauts, NASA mission footage, plus beautifully-rendered CGI to bring to life these voyages revealing unex- plained sightings that have dogged many of NASA's most famous mis- sions. WEDNESDAY Mystery Weapons: "Weather Warfare" [Documentary] 8pm on History (Channel 412) An investigation into reports that technology is being developed to manipulate climate either for testing purposes or for outright military-intelligence use. These capabilities extend to the trig- gering of tornados, hurricanes, earthquakes and tsunamis, turning them into weapons of mass destruction. THURSDAY Man Fire Food: "Meat on a Stick" [Culinary Show] 9pm on Food Network HD (Channel 372) Roger visits two chefs in Texas who created the craziest cook- ing contraptions and prove that everything's bigger in Texas. Chef Johnny Hernandez designed a massive grill for his restaurant El Machito in San Antonio and it takes fire and food to the extreme. Roger and Johnny skewer every meat imaginable – chickens, pork and beef sausages, racks of ribs and whole goats. House-made salsas and warm corn tortillas complete this carnivorous spread. Roger heads to Vintage Heart Farm in Stockdale to meet Chef John Russ who designed a 7-foot tree made out of stainless steel that can roast food over a wood fire. Roger and John fill the tree with quails and sausages for an outdoor feast.
