What is your all-time
favourite song or album?
My all-time favourite song...
well, that's a difficult one
because it changes with
every mood I'm in. I go
through cycles of having
particular songs on repeat,
before changing to a new
song. I suppose one of my
favourite albums of all time
has to be 'Five Leaves Left'
by Nick Drake.
Song that gets you
grooving on a Saturday
night?
'Dancing in the Moonlight'
by Toploader, in a sort
of dancing whilst crying
sort of way. That song is
super nostalgic for me and
nostalgia makes me cry. A
lot. Otherwise 'In Da Club'
by 50cent because I'm a
simple girl really.
What are you currently
busy working on?
I've been working on my
second album for the last
year and I will be launching
it in 2021. Alongside the
album creation, I launched
a nationwide art call and
competition that invited
artists and creatives to
respond to song lyrics
from the new album. These
submissions have the
chance to form part of the
visual representation of the
album (being involved in
the artwork, music videos
and so on) and can also win
great prizes from Sundays
in Scotland, Fold the Belt
Pouch, Luke Azzopardi
Studio, Galea's Art Shop,
Agenda Bookshop,
Coronation Candles and
Music Access Malta.
