A study on the impact of the pro-
posed incinerator at Magħtab
had to be written again by a new
coordinator to avoid a conflict of
interest.
The Environment and Re-
sources Authority has con-
firmed that it asked WasteServ,
the government waste agency,
to prepare new Environmental
Impact Assessment, following
"allegations of possible conflict
of interest".
The new EIA report has now
been issued again for public con-
sultation for another six-week
period.
