The Valletta Design Cluster, a Valletta
2018 legacy project, was created under
the helm of the Valletta Cultural Agency.
A community space which enables
innovation, its main focuses are design,
entrepreneurship, and social impact.
The building housing the Valletta Design
Cluster is steeped in history. Built in the
17th century, it served first as an Abattoir
and is in fact known as the Old Abattoir
(il-Biċċerija l-Antika) till today.
