Michael Bonello - Head of the Real Estate Agents Section within the MDA and
Alliance Real Estate CEO - sees the Maltese turning more and more to the great
outdoors as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic. In fact, as he observes, there has
been a significant increase in demand for rural homes with outdoor spaces, for
parcels of outdoor recreational land and even in Maltese renting more properties
with outdoors space and pools
