• 500g chicken mince
• 150g feta cheese - crum-
bled
• 8 sun-dried tomatoes -
cut into small pieces
• 1.5 tsp garlic powder
• 1 tsp dried basil
• 1 tbsp olive oil
• Salt & pepper to taste
INGREDIENTS METHOD
1. Preheat the oven to 180
0
C.
2. Line a baking tray with parchment/bak-
ing paper.
3. In a large bowl mix all of the ingredients
except the oil together. Make sure to
combine well.
4. Using an ice cream scoop or tablespoon,
scoop up the mince mixture and form
small, ping-pong-sized balls. Place on
the baking tray.
5. Chill in the fridge for an hour or two.
6. Remove from fridge and brush the mince
balls with the oil.
7. Bake in the oven for about 20 minutes,
turning balls half way.
