Our residents are at the heart of everything we do.
Person-centred care forms the basis of our approach

develop a unique plan of care for every resident that
takes into account their specific likes, preferences, care,

Our care team provides assistance with all day-to-day
aspects for those residents who require it, including
support with bathing, dressing, dining and moving
around the Home. Nurses are on site 24 hours a day to
offer assistance, medication and nursing services to all
residents in need.
At The Imperial, we offer a spectrum of care and service
options including long-term and short term stays as well
as convalescence care for those who need some rest or
support to recover, following a spell of illness or time in
hospital.
