AIR Malta has been voted the
3rd 'Best Regional Airline in Eu-
rope' and the 10th 'Best Region-
al Airline in the World' at the
Skytrax World Airline Awards™
2021. The Maltese airline has
also been voted as the 5th Best
Airline in Southern Europe.
As a result of this positive per-
formance, Air Malta climbed
seven places to 80th place out
of the 350 airlines included in
the survey results.
The Skytrax awards are the
global benchmark of airline
excellence and the primary
benchmarking tool for passen-
ger satisfaction levels of airlines
throughout the world.
DURING the past days
the Gozo Tourism Asso-
ciation conducted a sur-
vey amongst its members
to understand better the
human resources situa-
tion prevailing within the
Gozitan tourism sector.
The encouraging re-
sponse to this survey from
Gozitan tourism operators
covered a wide range of the
tourism sector on Gozo.
