The recipes were developed by Dr. Juice founder John Win- field and a team of talented chefs and have been conceived based on the theory that a proper healthy lifestyle diet needs good food, intelligent portions, variety, and balance. A pioneer in bringing healthy solutions to Malta, and the re- cent recipient of the EY Rising Star award, Dr. Juice is also looking to make it easier for people to shop for and prepare healthier meals. This book combines tradi- tional media with digital, with the introduction of a QR code which will allow readers to scan and add ingredients to their online baskets. It is avail- able from all Dr. Juice outlets and through the app and in se- lected supermarkets. MCAST delegation to participate in the Dubai Education Expo 2020 THE Malta College for Arts, Sci- ence and Technology (MCAST) will participate in the prestigious Dubai Expo 2020. Principal Pro- fessor Joachim James Calleja and Deputy Principal Stephen Vella will be hosting an MCAST Sym- posium at the Malta Pavilion on 14 December. Over 25 million visitors are ex- pected to attend the Dubai Expo, which opened its doors to the public back in October 2021. Moreover, around 200 entities, including other educational in- stitutions and business entities from all over the world, will par- ticipate in this year's World Ex- po. MCAST representatives will participate in the Knowledge and Learning Week, which will take place between the 12th and the 17th of December. The College's recently published Strategic Plan emphasizes the importance of working with international part- ners to deliver MCAST pro- grammes internationally and en- courage student mobility. The Malta Pavilion within the Expo will be hosting several key seminars during the Knowledge and Learning Week. The sem- inars and discussions will pro- mote Malta as a top training and education destination. The Knowledge and Learning thematic week will also provide local education institutions, in- cluding MCAST, networking opportunities and the chance to collaborate with educational en- tities from all across the globe. The Dubai Expo 2020 is held under the theme of 'Connect- ing Minds, Creating the Future, echoing the powerful spirit of partnership and cooperation that has driven the UAE's success in pioneering new paths of develop- ment and innovation. Henschke awarded Wine Enthusiast's 2021 New World Winery of the Year HENSCHKE has just joined an illustrious line-up of Wine Enthusiast Wine Star Award winners, being named the 2021 New World Winery of the Year. Christina Pickard, contribut- ing Editor of the international wine journal Wine Enthusiast, said, "The Henschke family has been making wine for more than 150 years in South Aus- tralia. Fifth-generation Ste- phen Henschke is at the wine- making helm. His wife, Prue, is a renowned viticulturist, with the sixth generation in children Johann, Justine and Andreas also involved in running the business. Henschke is home to one of the most famous single vineyards in the world, Hill of Grace, in the Eden Valley. The latest release of Hill of Grace, the 2016 vintage, has been praised as one of the best yet. Last year, the Henschke Lenswood Vineyard in the Adelaide Hills was destroyed by wildfires, yet life goes on— the vines are regenerating with a hopeful 2022 vintage. Henschke is among the most important and revered win- emaking names in Australia, representing the country's rich history, winemaking tradition, strong environmental values and innovation."
