Poli-'tikka'
Charles Farrugia 'it-Tikka', a former Qormi councillor and aide to the former parliamentary secretary Rosianne Cutajar, was spotted in the
balcony of his house in Qormi during the Labour Party rally on Monday evening. As expected, he is rooting for his friend and former 'employer',
Rosianne Cutajar. The pair were implicated in an ethics investigation by the Commissioner for Public Standards, after MaltaToday revealed a
property deal for Tumas magnate Yorgen Fenech - a suspect in the murder of Daphne Caruana Galizia - that included both of them as alleged
brokers. The investigation forced Cutajar's resignation from parliamentary secretary for equality.
