All services offered are the result of my passion for any work related to the construction industry. We also take care of relationship management with equity building and investment partners, budget and schedule oversight, design and construction coordination, financial analysis, leasing, and marketing. Throughout my career, I always championed the power of high- quality real estate design and build because market-leading projects tend to be better long-term investments, and also because they contribute to a better sustainable country. This entrepreneurial spirit has been instilled in me at a very young age even though I had no relatives working in this industry and without any business background. I always knew and felt that this was my passion, and approximately 8 years ago, I took the bold decision to jumpstart into the construction industry. Being a male-oriented industry, made it no easy for me to prove myself in this area but I humbled myself down and kept moving forward, gaining experience along the way. I always looked up and moved forward to pave my way in this industry. My experience in restoration, as a project manager with an eye for detail, thought me to be a better buyer and investor. I know what I want when investing in a new project and this is what gives my company a significant underwriting advantage to be able to leave an impact with a successful final product. I have collaborated with local leading architects and created prominent buildings, energy efficient with innovative design, proving that multi-tenant buildings could also be elegant, and most importantly gives a pleasing architectural contribution to our beautiful island which is my main goal. At MG Projects we like to be trendsetters and I have a fond passion for preserving our beautiful heritage and turning it into a highly functional space for whatever our clients wish. MG Projects have a relentless focus where no detail is too small and "good enough" is never enough. These values have specific meanings for me and have enabled us to achieve remarkable achievements and an avant- garde vision, best-in-class developments for our residents and investment partners. We have numerous projects in various stages of the development process across Malta, ranging from luxurious restoration projects to large- scale master-planned projects in residential, retail, restaurant, entertainment, office, hotel, cultural, and public open spaces. I want to spread positivity and help the next generations, especially women, giving them a vision that possibilities are truly endless. A woman simply must believe in herself, follow her dreams, and show the world that gender is no more an obstruction. If there are places of work and positions where women are not usually present, then we need to show and create our own seat at the table. When planning a building environment, developers have a huge responsibility that goes beyond bricks and financial plans. We are not just constructing square footage and building space, but we are creating a sense of place and fostering the creation of communities. While the economical aspect and the physical architecture of our projects will always be important pillars of our developments, ultimately our vision is about people and how they interact with today's dynamic life, in the environment, we build for them. It is incredibly rewarding to develop visionary places that provide inspiration, motivation, and hope to the daily lives of those who engage with the places we have created. My satisfaction is to see the targets (including timing & finances) progressively achieved, see my design ideas implemented and most of all, see my clients satisfied with the services that MG Projects offer. I feel honored by my commitment to be one of the women who are paving the way towards a more equitable leadership across the local market by injecting a much-needed feminine touch within the industry without sacrificing womanhood.
