The team spent time enter- taining the residents and or- ganising a fun-filled game of bingo accompanied by music and entertainment. In part- nership with the management team at SVPR, they also organ- ized a Valentine's Day party for elderly couples residing at the home, featuring popular singer and entertainer Fabrizio Fan- iello. The company's latest Cor- porate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiative was designed to contribute towards the qual- ity of life for elderly residents in the community. The team was able to provide support thanks to a kind donation by the company, and the help of its staff volunteers. The initiative builds on Frank Salt Real Estate's commitment to promoting social responsi- bility and building long-term relationships with community members. "The company is thrilled to have made a positive impact on the lives of those in this special community," said company di- rector Grahame Salt. "Through this initiative, the team not only helped the community but also took a break from their work routine to have some fun." St Vincent de Paul is the largest state-owned residence home in Malta, specializing in geriatric care for highly de- pendent persons with complex needs. The home relies on do- nations and assistance, such as that provided by Frank Salt Real Estate, to organize events and keep the elderly communi- ty entertained, promoting ac- tive aging and optimal well-be- ing and quality of life for older persons. The Frank Salt Real Estate Group is very conscious and pro-active when it comes to corporate social responsi- bility, and this mentality is also embraced by its team. Amanda Dimech, Wealth Manager at MeDirect's Gozo investment centre, presenting the donation on behalf of MeDirect Commemorative lotto stamps launched by National Lottery plc DURING a press conference held this morning at the Mal- ta Postal Museum in Valletta, National Lottery plc in col- laboration with MaltaPost plc launched a booklet containing six Lotto stamps commemo- rating the 100th year anniver- sary of the first Lotto draw. The designs of these stamps represent the evolution of the Maltese National Lottery and the evolution of the main lot- tery brand Lotto. The first draw in Malta took place 100 years ago on 10th February 1923. During this time graphic communication in Malta was largely typo- graphic. Over the years key symbols within the Lotto's visual identity were clearly maintained and developed, particularly the blindfold and urn, representing motifs of im- partiality and wealth. A centu- ry later, Lotto's branding has been reimagined to fit the hab- its of an ever-changing society. The event was addressed by the Chief Commercial Of- ficer of National Lottery plc, Mr. Franco De Gabriele who expressed that operating the national lottery during this unique milestone is truly a privilege. "We are honoured and privileged to be operating the national lottery of Malta during this historic milestone. The cultural relevance of Lot- to on the island since its in- ception 100 years ago, bestows upon us the responsibility of ensuring that this game retains its place as an intrinsic pillar of Maltese heritage." During the event Mr. De Ga- briele announced that as from Wednesday 15th February, the commemorative booklet will be available for sale from Na- tional Lottery retail outlets. The commemorative book- let is a limited-edition print and will be available on a first come first served basis, until stocks last. To commemorate the 100th year anniversary since the first lotto draw, National Lot- tery launched a new commu- nications campaign that de- picts the strong affinity that the Maltese public has always shown when selecting their lotto favourite numbers and how their numbers tend to relate to their personal expe- riences. The new campaign is entitled 'Your Numbers Your Stories."
