As a leading B2B provider for live casino and slots, Evolution has been operating in Malta since 2014 and employs over 1,400 people in Malta and 17,000 globally. The summit was attended by 100 top executives, managers, and leaders who gathered to provide insights into the com- pany's vision and strategies, reflect on the leadership traits that are at the forefront to set- ting people up for success, and share best practices to fuel col- laboration across the organisa- tion. This interactive summit, which was moderated by Dr Vanessa Borg Head of HR Mal- ta, Belgium, Spain, UK, Gi- braltar, and Taiwan, generated some creative responses as the panelists shared some life les- sons and key take aways which they experienced during their growth journeys. Numerous techniques were employed to harvest feedback from the par- ticipants and reecho the com- pany's values which are the bedrock of the company's DNA. The summit included a panel discussion with key company speakers such as Todd Haushal- ter, Evolution's Chief Product Officer; Bjorn Sjoberg, Chief Commercial Officer Europe; Julija Ulmane, Head of Ops Malta, Belgium and Spain; Dr Vanessa Borg, Head of HR Mal- ta, Belgium, Spain, UK, Gibral- tar and Taiwan; Ignatius D'an- astasi, Technical Operations Lead; Brian Ferrante, Head of Business Control – Europe; and Viktorija Jaksina, Customer Support Manager. Todd Haushalter closed the panel by stating, "What real- ly makes Evolution a special place to work is its people.
