maltatoday | SUNDAY • 23 APRIL 2023 The Chief Executive Officer, Lands Authority, notifies that: Sealed tenders in respect of the following advertisements have to be deposited in the Tender Box at at the Lands Authority, Auberge de Baviere, Valletta by 10.00am on Thursday, 11 th May, 2023. *Advert No. 19 Lease for a period of fifteen (15) years for commercial purposes of the premises tale quale at No. 11, Triq il-Lvant, Valletta as shown edged in red on the plan P.D.2020_0790. This property is being offered by tender in its present state including any latent defects. Tenders are to be accompanied by a Bid-Bond for an amount of €20,250 as stipulated in the tender conditions. Offers below the amount of six thousand and seven hundred and fifty Euros (€6,750) per annum will not be considered. This tender may be subject to the right known as the right of first refusal as per article No. 32 of Chapter No. 573 of the Laws of Malta. A fee of €50 will be charged for the tender documents. *Advert No. 23 Sale tale quale of a site at Triq San Mikiel, Fgura as shown edged in red and in described in detail on the plan P.D.2015_0991_1. This site is the airspace of a substation which is from the height of sixteen (16) courses (filati) upwards. This site is subject to the following conditions from Enemalta: i) The substation structure shall not be altered and a separate independent structure shall roof over the substation, ii) The ventilation mechanisms of the substation shall not be altered unless agreed by Enemalta, iii) The substation shall remain operational at all times. The present tenant does not want to remain in the lease and an interested third party is ready to assume the remaining term of this lease.
