Debono transferred the bare owner- ship of 1,400,000 ordinary shares hav- ing a nominal value of €1 each, fully paid up, equally among Robert Debono, Vic- toria Debono, Alan Debono and David Debono. Each received 350,000 shares. Debono's wife, Veronica, also trans- ferred ownership of another 1,400,000 shares to the four children.
