"Task Master can work best for com- panies that need to assign tasks to staff who operate outside their premises, including installers, maintenance peo- ple, technicians and delivery persons, to promote time and route efficiency, know when tasks assigned have begun and were completed, and to generate different reports on all this activity," Roxana Badacian, Sales & Marketing Manager at HandsOn Systems said. Tasks are created and assigned to employees, who automatically receive a notification on their mobile phones. e employee presses Start when they begin the task and Complete at the end (with the ability to pause tasks at any time). e employee can take photos within the app, add notes and accept client signatures. e solution can be integrated with other systems with different APIs and, thanks to the app, the remote employ- ee's location is visible at all times. When creating a task and selecting a client, the address is added automatically. erefore, through a single click, the re- mote employee can get directions to the destination, since the app is powered by Google Maps, which is ideal for for- eign employees who may not be familiar with the roads. Tasks can also be auto scheduled in the most efficient manner possible by team or geographic region so that you also save on fuel and time in traffic/ transit. Another benefit of the solution is its ability to generate reports elec- tronically, saving on paper. Reports can be according to workers, clients and types of tasks. You can set the techni- cians' working hours and skill sets with the software not allowing you to sched- ule a task for a technician who is off or outside his/her working hours. e job report, including photos and the client's signature, can be sent directly to the cli- ent. All the relevant data is inputted once and even the scheduling of tasks to be performed can be dragged and dropped into the calendar in minimal time. Task Master runs on PCs, laptops and tablets, and is customisable to the cli- ent's specific needs. "With Task Master, we are providing a valuable tool for businesses to optimise their workforce efficiency by accurately tracking the jobs being done, creating optimal employee schedules, and en- suring compliance with labour regu- lations," Geoffrey Farrugia, HandsOn Systems CEO said. "It helps with forecasting and budg- eting, enhances performance man- agement and streamlines leave and absence management. e software fosters communication and collabo- ration while supporting field workers with on-the-field data collection. With real-time data and analytics, businesses can make data-driven decisions, lead- ing to increased operational efficiency, cost savings and a more engaged work- force, ultimately helping businesses focus on their core objectives and im- prove overall performance."
