1st September Annual
Concert in Mellieħa
MELLIEĦ A'S Choral and
Orchestral Societ y Maria
Bambina will be holding
its annual concert on Sat-
urday 1st September, at
8.30pm in the Mellieħa
Parish Square. This con-
cert has become a trade-
mark of the Victory day
celebrations, having had
its first edition in 1992.
It will cover various mu-
sical st yles, ranging from
classical to contemporary
music, and it is sure to
please everyone's tastes.
The main protagonists of
this concert are going to
be the choir and the or-
chestra, singers Alexia
Micallef, Dario Bezzina
and Tenor Alan Sciberras,
together with Artemocion
Dance and Leisure Studio
and the Pro Touch Dance
School under the musical
direction of Mro. Michael
Bonanno. The admission
for this concert is free of
