Questioned by the media on Wednes- day afternoon, the minister was asked to clarify the reasons behind the marginal rise in expenditure, from €14.75 million in 2023 to €14.8 million in 2024, specif- ically designated for energy distribution, as indicated in the budget estimates, de- spite the Prime Minister's promise to so- cial partners in summer.
