This narra‑ tive forms the essence of a captivating photography exhibition which ran at Via Dante in Milan from 6 to 26 Oc‑ tober. Having commenced along the vibrant Via Dante, just a stone's throw from the Duomo in the heart of Milan, vis‑ itors could explore "No Woman is an Island". Gozo, exudes Mediterranean charm and has been increasingly capturing the imagination of travellers, especially those in search of an authentic destina‑ tion intertwined with nature. Gozo offers tranquil surroundings in harmony with the local way of life and the picturesque landscapes that envel‑ op it, making it a haven for rejuvena‑ tion amidst mesmerizing natural beau‑ ty, a history spanning over 7,000 years, and top‑tier services. The exhibition at Via Dante wove a two‑way journey that unveils the es‑ sence of Gozo. Each panel embodied a dual perspective. While one side show‑ cased Gozo's iconic attractions through panoramic imagery, the other side nar‑ rated a hypothetical solo female voyage. The protagonist embarks on a person‑ al odyssey that draws her closer to the island's heart, unveiling its most evoca‑ tive and spiritual aspects. The depicted woman is a symbol of strength and independence. She is a fearless traveller, venturing alone to Gozo, a destination that promises pro‑ found emotions, fresh discoveries, and experiences deeply rooted in the local heritage, culture, and people. Gozo is depicted as a secure haven, brimming with opportunities and mystical allure. This exhibition also marked the first tangible application of VisitMalta's new promotional campaign, taking full advantage of its versatility. The tag‑ line "Explore More" was paired with different attributes, such as "Calm," "Traditions," "History," "Beauty," and "Freedom," all representing the facets of Gozo. To add a digital dimension to the ex‑ perience, the panels featured QR codes that allowed visitors to access an online form and receive a digital booklet con‑ taining photos from the exhibition. In addition to the exhibition, the Vis‑ itMalta Italy team guided three distinct tours for three specific audience: MICE, Trade and Trade Press. The captivating photo exhibition was meticulously curated by VisitMalta Ita‑ lia, Malta's tourism promotion agency in Italy, in cooperation with VisitGozo.
