A decision to have people in Gozo re-
ceive their seasonal vaccinations sole-
ly at the Victoria Health Centre has
been shelved after a meeting with local
councils on Thursday, GozoToday is
informed.
Vaccinations will now be adminis-
tered within each locality, as long as
the local council can provide adequate
facilities and have a doctor on site to
oversee the process.

The Gozo General Hospital now has the most advanced MRI machine on the island following a €3 million investment. Health minister

carried out over the past six months to build an extension to house the new machine. He said that since March alone, 2,700 tests on a
portable MRI machine had been carried. 70% of the patients were Gozitans.
