MICAS opened its doors officially this weekend with Vasconcelos's works filling the grand spaces and four-storey galleries created in this new building that blends contemporary architecture with the historic bastions. Situated within the confines of the Ospizio above Marsamxett Harbour, MICAS is a €30 million project that will provide a platform for contemporary art.
