Previously a lesser-known alternative to the famous Azure Window, the Wied il-Mielah Window gained prominence after the Azure Window collapsed during a storm in 2017. This natural arch is found at the end of the Wied il-Mielah Valley and is easily accessible by road. The arch's limestone structure is still in excellent condition, making it a unique natural window. Seeing the Wied il-Mielah Window in person is an awe-inspiring experience. Formed by the Mediterranean sea and storms cutting through the cliff, the window appears as a massive rock formation suspended over crystal-clear waters, creating a magical sight. Visitors can explore the area on foot or get a closer view by sea.
