Join Richmond Foundation to increase access to mental health care RICHMOND Foundation is calling on all media and social media inf luencers to lend their voices to an essential cause: making mental health care accessible to those who need it most. The campaign, The Gift of Therapy, aims to provide free therapy sessions for individuals who cannot afford them, ensuring no one has to face mental health challenges alone. The holiday season: A time for giving and caring Mental health care is a fundamental need, yet many individuals are priced out of receiving the help they deserve. With therapy sessions costing over €50 a ses- sion, financial barriers can leave vulner- able people without support, particular- ly during the Christmas season—a time that can be especially difficult for those struggling with mental health issues. Through The Gift of Therapy, Rich- mond Foundation seeks to bridge this gap by inviting the public to donate funds to provide therapy for individuals who need it most but cannot afford it. How media and influencers can help We invite all media and influencers to inspire their viewers, readers, audienc- es and followers to support this vital mission. By sharing the Gift of Therapy campaign, media and influencers can raise awareness and encourage dona- tions that directly fund therapy sessions for those in need. Richmond Foundation's wide range of services In addition to the Gift of Therapy in- itiative, Richmond Foundation offers community mental health services for vulnerable adults and children.
