Architecture & Design | 29 shade. This grid forms a geometric pattern below the original ceiling and is illuminated by neon lighting spelling out 'GAME ON,' creating a striking contrast against the dark background. This design choice not only enhances visual appeal but also conceals the existing services, maintaining a clean and cohesive look. Additionally, the suspended grid system doubles as a framework for hanging plants, infusing the space with natural elements that further enrich the atmosphere. Beyond aesthetics, the project prioritises functionality and engagement. A fully equipped kitchen serves as a central social hub, hosting cooking competitions and team activities. Integrated features such as beer dispensers, cereal stations, and coffee machines provide employees with convenient refreshments throughout the day. To further enhance the entertainment experience, the space includes a foosball table, a retro arcade video game, a billiard table, and an interactive board for team notes and photos, ensuring a variety of recreational options during downtime. Every element of this design—from vibrant branding details to multifunctional entertainment features—was carefully curated to promote interaction, creativity, and team bonding. In addition to designing the social space, Architecture Three Sixty consulted on updating small kitchenettes and office areas by reorganising desk layouts and introducing new meeting rooms. The goal was to align the work environment with contemporary office culture, fostering a balance between social engagement and remote working. This project exemplifies Architecture Three Sixty's belief that a well-designed office can inspire productivity and cultivate a positive company culture, proving that architecture is not just about buildings but about enhancing human experiences within them.
