This event offers prospective stu- dents a unique opportunity to ex- plore ITS's dynamic campus, dis- cover its academic programmes, and engage with students, staff and lec- turers. The Open Doors event serves as a gateway to understanding ITS's di- verse range of study programmes, including travel and tourism, food and beverage service, rooms division, events management, tourist guiding, culinary arts, climate-friendly travel, and diving safety management. Programmes offered range from Foundation Level (MQF Level 2) to Master's Level (MQF Level 7), cater- ing to students from varied educa- tional and career aspirations. During the event, attendees will have the opportunity to engage in a variety of interactive sessions, in- cluding pasta-making workshops, wine masterclasses, Maltese culinary heritage demonstrations, barista training sessions, and an exploration of the pastry kitchen. Visitors can also take part in hands- on hospitality and tourism expe- riences and practical activities in housekeeping and rooms division, including bed-making challenges and towel origami. The event will also feature language and culture activities, where visi- tors can explore various languages through interactive quizzes, puzzles, a treasure hunt, and a VR experience. Additionally, visitors can step in- to the world of tourist guiding with an immersive tour experience led by students. Informative sessions will be held across campus, including interactive workshops at the Youth Hub by Aġenzija Żgħażagħ, an in- troduction to Screen Arts Acad- emy, and specialised sessions on climate-friendly travel and diving safety management. The public is invited to benefit from this unique opportunity to explore what ITS has to offer, gain valuable insights into its study programmes, and connect with lecturers, students, and alumni.
