THRILLER fans, get ready: the next production from MADC promises a murderously enter- taining classic play with some gasp-out-loud moments. Deathtrap by Ira Levin – the mastermind behind Rosemary's Baby and The Stepford Wives – is Broadway's longest-running thriller, captivating audiences with its rollercoaster of tension, dark comedy, suspense and ra- zor-sharp dialogue. As well as being nominated for four To- ny Awards including Best Play, Deathtrap has also been adapt- ed into a film starring Michael Caine and Christopher Reeve. Now a new production of this celebrated comedy-thriller is set to take to the stage at the MADC Playhouse this May, di- rected by Joe Depasquale and featuring a brilliant cast includ- ing Richard Godden, Adrian Farrugia, Angelica Sant, Giselle Borg Olivier and Eoin Kenne- dy.
