The event, held at The Grand Hotel in Mġarr, Gozo, was attended by employees and their family members as well as Jobs Plus and Lino Spiteri Foundation officials. The Centre, which began its operation in 2015, is distin- guished by its commitment to fostering an inclusive work environment. Over 65 staff members—making up 80% of the Centre's workforce—are persons with disabilities, high- lighting the Company's com- mitment to diversification, in- clusion, and equal opportunity. The manager of the Service Centre, Paul Curmi, expressed pride in the advancements made in creating a diverse and inclusive workforce. Joseph Said, MaltaPost Chairman stat- ed: "This anniversary marks our operational success, and more importantly, it celebrates the impressive dedication and talent of the persons who make up our team, supported by the enthusiasm and profession- al approach of our partners, Jobs Plus and the Lino Spiteri Foundation, together with job coaches and other MaltaPost staff members."
