GĦARB, Għasri, Kerċem and Fontana registered less than five road traffic ac- cidents between April and June 2025, the lowest number recorded, together with Mdina in Malta. In all, 289 road traffic accidents were registered in Gozo in the same three months, five less than were reported in 2024. 32 of those accidents involved inju- ries to drivers, passengers or pedestri- ans, but none of the accidents in Gozo resulted in a fatality.
