MALTATODAY SURVEY
THE Labour Party
leads the National-
ist Party in terms of
trust with handling
major issues of con-
cern, a MaltaToday
survey has found.
The survey carried
out after the budget
reaction speeches of
Alex Borg and Robert Abe-
la, shows that Labour leads
the PN by big margins on
public finances and the cost
of living. It also leads, albeit
with lower margins, on the
environment, traffic and
population growth.
A relative majority trust
neither of the two big par-
ties with addressing
traffic and pop-
ulation growth,
while small par-
ties only make
a dent when it
comes to envi-
ronmental issues,
on which they are
most trusted by
6% of the electorate.
