6 COMMERCIAL maltatoday | SUNDAY • 1 FEBRUARY 2026 Concept Stadium introduces functional leads to strengthen structure and support team growth CONCEPT Stadium, a Mal- ta-based creative agency and marketing advisory hub, has announced the introduction of functional lead roles across its core service areas, including Brand, Web, Digital and Com- munications, marking a further step in the creative agency's structured growth and peo- ple-first approach. As the creative agency contin- ues to scale its capabilities and client portfolio, the creation of Functional Leads formalises leadership within each disci- pline. These roles are designed to empower specialists to lead their service area according to their strengths, whether in branding, design, content, events, digital, motion or web, while remaining closely supported by the Senior Management Team. The move reflects Concept Stadium's belief in growth and responsibility across the organi- sation, creating space for profes- sional development and career progression while maintaining clarity, accountability and con- sistent delivery for clients. "Growth requires structure, but it should never come at the expense of people," said Jona- than Dalli, Founder and CEO of Concept Stadium. "By intro- ducing Functional Leads, we are recognising the depth of talent within our team and giving indi- viduals the space to lead, shape and elevate their discipline to the benefit of our clients. It is all about a culture of trust, shared ownership and building a stronger creative agency from the inside out." Acknowledging the talent within the company, Concept Stadium focused on internal growth to fill leadership roles, identifying individuals with both the technical expertise and the mindset to guide teams, men- tor colleagues, and drive quality across projects. Lorraine Borg, Chief Brand Officer of Concept Stadium, ex- plained that the new structure reinforces both culture and craft. "Functional leadership allows us to further elevate the integrity and quality management of each service area while encouraging collaboration across disciplines. It gives our people clarity in their roles, confidence in their contribution, and a clear path- way for growth, all while keeping the work human-led, thoughtful and purposeful, with tools that enhance rather than replace our thinking." The Functional Lead structure is designed to further strength- en Concept Stadium's delivery model, ensuring that each ser- vice area continues to evolve in line with industry demands, cli- ent needs and the creative agen- cy's long-term vision. Concept Stadium is currently welcoming applications from individuals whose values reso- nate with its culture and who are looking for a fresh and dynamic environment to grow, including internship opportunities.
