1. In a pan over medium heat,
sauté the chopped garlic and
onions until softened and
fragrant.
2. Add the mushrooms to the pan
and cook until tender.
3. Add salt and pepper to taste
during the cooking process.
4. Once everything is cooked,
transfer the mixture to a
blender. Blend until completely
smooth.
5. Stir in the truffle oil to taste.
6. Since the recipe doesn't list
a liquid, you might find the
mixture very thick. If the
blender struggles, try adding
a splash of heavy cream,
vegetable broth, or even just a
little water to help it reach your
