Between the house and the pool, a sunken outdoor
dining area is nestled into the landscape. This
recessed space creates an intimate microclimate
sheltered from wind while maintaining visual
connectivity with the water and the main living
areas. It operates as an extension of the family
room: a place for long summer lunches and evening
gatherings, where the sound of water and the glow
of integrated lighting establish a relaxed, resort-like
atmosphere within the constraints of a compact
urban site.
